Document Types

Role of Document

There are three types of document:

• A document directly associated with a particular council meeting, e.g. minutes or agenda
• A document that is published annually, e.g. annual returns or budget
• A document of which there is only one example at any one time (though it may be updated regularly). This could be a policy document e.g. complaints policy, code of coduct etc.
