This inserts a "new line - carriage return" on the page.

This is useful if you have inserted an picture for example, and subsequent text 'flows' round the picture (i.e. is placed on the right or left of the picture for the length of the picture). To force the text to stop 'flowing', i.e. start on a whole new line following the picture, insert a "New Line" before the text.
